

Q. Is there a performance test?
A. Yes. There is a performance test that each participant must pass in order to receive a Prime Time Boxing Level 1 Certification. Also, each participant must submit a video of them teaching a group of at least 4 people the Prime Time Boxing program within 60 days of their training date.
Q. Is there a written test?
A. Yes. It is based off of what you learn from the instructional DVDs, training manual and the hands on training.
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. If you did not purchase the Level 1 package including equipment, you will need to bring Mexican style hand wraps of 180 inches, proper bag gloves and a jump rope. Also, participants must wear athletic clothing and good running shoes and bring a water bottle, towel, pen and notebook.
Q .What course materials, if any, come with this certification?
A. All participants will be given a complete Prime Time Boxing manual that covers the basic fundamentals of boxing, course material and workouts. Also, participants are mailed 2 instructional DVDs prior to the training dates. These will need to be watched and studied before training.
Q. When do I receive my certificate?
A. You will receive your certificate upon successful completion of the training and when we receive your video showing that you are capable of conducting a Prime Time Boxing class.
Q. What are the Prime Time Boxing licensing basics?
A. The initial licensing fee is only $5,000 compared with a $27,000 franchise fee. There is an annual licensing fee of 2,000 compared to a 6% royalty fee paid monthly. As you can see, the licensing progam is much more affordable than franchising and allows you to make all of he decisions in your business. You will benefit from the value of a national brand license, but not have the controls, reporting reqirements, and restrictions present in a franchising agreement.
Q. What do I need to do to begin the process of becoming a Prime Time Boxing licensee?
A. Apply here to request more information. You will be contacted by a Prime Time Boxing representitive for an introduction. If you do not have a desire to motivate, train and help people then please do not apply.
Q. Do I need to have a gym to become a licensee?
A. No. You can start a Prime Time Boxing program in your garage, in the park, within another established gym, mixed martial arts studio, military base, and colleges or open your own gym. If you already have a gym, you will not have the start-up costs associated with setting up a new gym. We will certify you and any other person/s you select as trainers for your Prime Time Boxing program.
Q. Do I have the exclusive rights to the name and brand in my territory?
A. Yes you do so long as your licensing fees are paid and current.
Q. What does being a Prime Time Boxing licensee include?
A. Legal use of the Prime Time Boxing name, logo, and promotional materials. Access to founders and master trainers for questions and discussions. Promotion from the main website and a link to your gym/program website.
Q. Where do I get suggestions for training equipment, IT equipment, membership agreements, fee structures, etc.?
A. You may speak with the founders or managment team of Prime Time Boxing anytime.
Q. Will I be given an exclusive territory?
A. Yes. We will work with you to define the boundaries of your license territory for maximum success potential.
